Dr. Nguyen Minh Quy received his PhD in Port Engineering from Delft University of Technology (TU Delft), The Netherlands.

He has more than 33 years of professional consultancy experience in port and maritime infrastructure, with expertise in seaport planning, navigation channels, maritime risk, simulation and engineering decision support.

He spent three years as a Visiting Lecturer at the University of British Columbia Okanagan (UBCO), Kelowna, Canada, contributing to teaching and academic activities related to engineering and applied quantitative methods.

His research has been published in international scientific journals, conference proceedings and technical reports.

Through OSE, he develops simulation, forecasting, optimization and engineering software that connects scientific methods with practical decision-making.
